Job Description:
The Nurse practices independently within a clinical setting,
managing routine and complex patient care with awareness of all
relevant factors.
Provides care aligned with ANA standards, including assessment,
diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of
patients and families at varying levels of practice.
Uses protocols to administer medications and treatments, monitoring
for side effects and effectiveness.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
accurately.
Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and
caregivers, identifying issues and resources.
Meets competency expectations related to self-leadership and team
leadership.
Requires a BSN (preferred), 1 year of relevant experience
(preferred), BLS certification, and RN licensure in the state or a
compact.
Full-time position.
