Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Real Estate
Administrative Director to join our growing team. This role is
essential in supporting both our operational and client-facing
efforts, ensuring the business runs smoothly while delivering a
top-tier client experience.
Responsibilities:
--- Serve as the central point of communication for all
administrative and client-related tasks
--- Manage and respond to all inbound leads in a timely and
professional manner
--- Follow up with leads consistently to maintain engagement and
move them through the sales funnel
--- Set appointments for agents with qualified prospects and
maintain an organized calendar system
--- Plan, coordinate, and execute client appreciation events and
team marketing initiatives
--- Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close,
ensuring deadlines and compliance are met
--- Create CMAs, listing packets, and marketing materials as
needed
--- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and internal
trackers
--- Support daily operations and team logistics, including
scheduling, communications, and document management
--- Act as a liaison between clients, agents, vendors, and other
key partners
Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Previous real estate administrative experience preferred, but
not required
--- Strong communication and customer service skills
--- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Suite, and basic design
tools (Canva, etc.)
--- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
--- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
--- Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
