Position: Direct Support Professional / Med Tech Pay: $17.00/hour start Paid Training | $18.00/hour overnight (11p–8a) Location: Harrison City Work Location: In person | No remote work Website: www.paula.teacher.com | EOE Summary: Join our Enhanced Personal Care Home team as a Direct Support Professional / Med Tech. Provide daily support, medication administration, and transportation for residents while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Responsibilities: - Administer medications, remain with each resident until taken, and document accurately - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility - Transport residents to appointments in company vehicles - Maintain clean and safe living spaces - Record and document all necessary care information Requirements: - 21 years or older - High School diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in long-term care, mental health, or related field preferred - PA Criminal History Clearance upon hire - Valid PA driver's license with clean driving record Benefits: - Paid training & orientation - 401(k) with match - Health, dental, vision, life insurance - Paid time off - Flexible scheduling - Referral program Shifts: - 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts - Evening and overnight availability preferred Experience Preferred: - Caregiving: 1 year - Night shift experience Apply Now: Submit your application at www.paula.teacher.com Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Background Check (Act 34) .
