Are you an early career EHS professional looking to grow your
impact in a manufacturing environment? We are seeking an EHS
Specialist to support environmental, health, safety, and security
initiatives at our Delmont facility. This role offers hands on
exposure to regulatory compliance, industrial hygiene,
environmental permitting, safety culture development, and
management systems. You will work directly with site leadership and
experienced EHS professionals to strengthen compliance programs and
drive continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to

a supportive, high performance environment. What You Will Do Safety
and Compliance • Support implementation of corporate EHS programs
and standards • Assist in interpreting and applying federal, state,
and local EHS regulations • Participate in audits, inspections, and
compliance reviews • Support incident investigations and corrective
action tracking Environmental and Management Systems • Help
maintain and improve the RC14001 Management System • Support
environmental permitting activities and agency interactions •
Assist with management of change and project stage gate reviews •
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Training and
Culture Development • Support employee safety and compliance
training programs • Assist in industrial hygiene monitoring and
activities • Partner with site leaders to strengthen a proactive,
accountable EHS culture What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in
Science, Industrial Safety, Environmental Studies, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, chemical, or
industrial environments • Strong interest in regulatory compliance
and environmental stewardship • Excellent communication skills and
ability to work across departments • Strong organizational skills
and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office •
Certified Safety Professional designation or progress toward

salary range for this position is $60,800 - $76,000. Factors such
as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work
experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer
equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence
base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic
adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an
authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in
