joined the Approved Fire Protection & Security family- New Jersey's
oldest family-owned, full-service fire protection and safety
equipment company. Our services include fire extinguishers, alarm
systems, suppression systems, SCBA, gas detection, carbon dioxide,
oxygen, sprinkler systems, and so much more. Abel Fire’s mission is
to supply life safety products and services to the industrial,
commercial, pharmaceutical, and municipal companies in Pittsburgh
and near surrounding areas. Job Summary : Approved Fire Protection
& Security is looking for a full-time experienced Inside Sales Rep.
As an Inside Sales Rep at Approved Fire Protection, you play a
crucial role in driving sales growth, maintaining customer
satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of Approved
Fire Protection & Security. You will be responsible for nurturing
relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
and referrals, and to build rapport with new clients to foster
long-term partnerships. Also working closely with Account Managers
and other members of the sales team to coordinate sales efforts,
share information, and support each other in achieving sales

and Responsibilities : Be the primary point of contact for clients,
addressing inquiries, phone calls, and providing information about
products and services, and offering solutions to their fire
protection needs. Generate recurring contract quotes and follow up
with customers to obtain PO’s. Conduct site surveys for project
team. Assist with quoting repairs of fire alarm and sprinkler
systems. Review of customer information (i.e., price level, part
pricing, contacts, of systems, etc.) Work with outside sales reps
to assist with quoting and customer requests. Keep detailed records
of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM
system (Profit Zoom) to track leads, opportunities, and sales
performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
seamless sales execution and delivery. Assist with live demos of
extinguisher training. Project management assistance. Required
Qualifications: Prior experience in the fire protection industry
and/or sales is a must. Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills via email, text message, and phone. Valid
driver's license and excellent driving record. Must pass a
background check and pre-employment drug screen. Excellent customer
service skills. Continuing education as training/ seminars arises.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:20 am – 4:20 PM
