Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Inside Sales Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position serves as a liaison between customers, the outside sales team, and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process and positive client experience. Major Responsibilities/Activities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. • Process quotes, sales orders, and return requests accurately in the system. • Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations • Monitor open orders and follow up with customers or internal departments as needed. • Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications • Generate and distribute regular sales reports Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Basic understanding of Hörmann technology. • Ability to recommend product solutions to customer needs • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Nitro; experience with Salesforce and SAP a plus • Excellent oral/written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Well-developed presentation skills • Excellent customer relations skills • Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented environment Who we are Hörmann is a premier manufacturer of garage doors.
