Job Description:
Sheetz, Inc. is actively seeking a driven and dynamic
Multi-Store Supervisor to manage operations across multiple retail

experience while maintaining operational excellence. This role
requires a keen focus on collaborative management, process
improvement, and team leadership. Oversee daily operations of
multiple retail outlets ensuring compliance with company standards
and regulatory requirements Drive performance by implementing
strategies to increase profitability and meet sales targets Ensure
exceptional customer service is delivered across all locations Lead
and develop store managers and staff, including training on company
policies and sales techniques Coordinate with the Human Resources
team to bolster staff recruitment, retention, and scheduling Manage
inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain adequate stock
across all locations Implement marketing and promotional efforts
aligned with corporate goals Prepare and analyze management reports
on sales performance, inventory, and staff productivity Address
customer feedback and resolve any issues to maintain the Sheetz
reputation for customer satisfaction Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities Effective time
management and organizational skills Proficiency in retail
management software and Microsoft Office Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional certification in
Retail Management or Business Leadership (e.g., Certified Retail
Manager, PMP) is preferred but not required.
