Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled ElectroMechanical Technician to join our team at Shearer's, a leading manufacturer of snacks in North America. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and machinery.Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Install and maintain production machines and equipment
• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs and emergency repairs as needed
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipmentRequirements
  • 3 years of manufacturing experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills
  • Experience with mechanical systems, product manuals, and troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns
  • Ability to work within an integrated operating enterprise and manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and perform mechanical work
