Job Description:

The Fresh Mark facility in Massillon, Ohio, is currently accepting applications for a Parts Room Supervisor. Primary responsibilities as Parts Room Supervisor are supervising and executing the successful maintenance of inventory, which includes cycle counting and transacting materials into the eMaint database, receiving and dispensing parts to Maintenance and Production departments and generating advanced parts quotes through bid analyses.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and continually improve inventory management processes, including cycle counting performance, inventory accuracy, storeroom kitting, purchasing and receiving
• Ensure standard operating processes are followed, reinforcing department performance expectations through regular training and audits
• Ensure compliance with all safety & health and environmental regulations
• Develop KPI reports with data-driven product and process audits, vendor scorecards and result analysis
• Lead and administer supply management activities with interface to the Production, Safety and Maintenance Departments
• Manage vendor invoices and purchase orders
• Perform new part sourcing, including bid analysis
  Minimum Requirements
  
  • Experience in KPI management
  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • Effective communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to plan, organize and effectively manage people
  • Strong problem solving, negotiating and decision-making skills
  • Ability to operate a forklift
