**Inventory Control Coordinator (Cycle Counter Coordinator)**2337 **Job Description****Position Overview**Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. **Key Responsibilities*** Ensures all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed accordingly.* Assists in preparing reports based on updated inventory records.* Evaluates all incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares discrepancy reports when needed.* Processes various transactions on a daily basis to support the basic functions of the Inventory Control area.Additional Input: * Work and contribute in a team environment to achieve overall plant objectives cost , quality, customer satisfaction, and on time delivery * Perform cycle counts on inventory in WIP and Warehouse. * Communicate cycle count results and part investigations timely and accurately.* Investigate material shortages and be willing to drill down to root causes if necessary, by using available system tools. * Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with associates in all areas. * Assists in any required process audits. * Assist and lead areas during annual physical inventory. * Support inventory and warehousing initiatives. * Cross-Train in other warehouse roles such as; Piece Parts, Super Market, etc. to augment cycle count skills. * Assist in documenting processes. * Assist in disposal of scrap material. * Audit PFEP (Plan for Every Part) bins in assembly area and part locations in warehouse as directed. * Operate equipment such as forklift or reach trucks in a safe manner and exhibit a willingness to be certified**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED * Strong understanding of Inventory Management practices required. * 1-3 years of experience with inventory control and/or cycle counting. * Strong Microsoft Office and PC skills intermediate. * Ability to maintain professional attitude under pressure. * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of associates. * Detail oriented. * Ability to count accurately and do basic math. * Punctual and reliable * Ability to work overtime as needed or required Occasional lifting of heavy loads and stand most of day **Preferred Qualifications*** Past experience in using computer based ERP systems desirable. * 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred**Requisition Employer Description***Brightest minds + technology and innovation + business transformation The people of Diebold Nixdorf are 23,000+ teammates of diverse talents and expertise in more than 130 countries, harnessing future technologies to deliver personalized, secure consumer experiences that connect people to commerce.
