Alliance has partnered with a company who is a leader in the designing and manufacturing of electrical distribution products, medium voltage switchgears, and powerhouses. We are actively seeking qualified *Production Assemblers *to join the team at their *Canton, OH* facility immediately.*Production Assembler **Pay and Benefits: ** Starting at $16+/hr (based on shift and experience)* $200 referral bonus for each person you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity)* $1000 sign-on bonus for anyone who stays 6 months (including the 90-day probationary period)* $1000 bonus after 12 months (including the 90-day probationary period).*Production Assembler* *Hours: ** 1st Shift- 5:30am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday)* 2nd Shift- 3:30p-1:30a (Monday-Thursday)* Actual hours may vary* Voluntary OT on Fridays*Production Assembler* *Job Requirement and Duties: ** High School Diploma or GED is required* Mechanical knowledge and industrial work experience is mandatory* Must be mechanically inclined and able to read and understand sheet metal drawings.* Must be able to use assembly drawings to assemble sheet metal components into completed unit* Use directions to install various devices, instruments, and bus bars.* Must be able to use connection and power diagrams to determine proper routing.* Must be able to determine each connection as detailed by the company's standards.* Must be able to understand power diagrams for current transformer polarity through knowledge of connection diagrams.* Must be able to use all required wiring tools by the company's standards.* Knowledge of wire by schematic drawings is a plus.#AIS5Job Type: Full-timePay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Retirement plan* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 4x10* Day shift* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* OvertimeSupplemental pay types:* Bonus pay* Signing bonusWork Location: One location
