      • Direct, train, coach and develop hourly team members, including providing frequent and constructive feedback, recognizing good performance and addressing performance issues.
      • Develop and execute plans to complete the daily workload, including monitoring staffing and performance, and making necessary adjustments
      • Achieve all relevant goals and objectives related to productivity, quality, safety, and customer service.
      • Communicate company policies, standards, expectations, information and changes. Contribute to and support company programs, projects and initiatives.
      • Build and maintain a positive work environment with strong team member relations through effective communication, responsiveness to concerns and suggestions, fair and consistent treatment, and effective coaching and performance management.
      • Ensure a safe work environment through education and training, promoting safety awareness and accountability, and identifying and addressing potential hazards.
      • Off shift and weekend work is required.
      • Perform all other duties assigned.REQUIRED SKILLS
        • At least two years in supervisory role of people or processes.
        • Strong communication skills. Demonstrates ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement.
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. AccessEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
          • High School Diploma or GED. Preferred level bachelor's degree in technical or engineering. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
            • Ability to work on the production floor with exposure to dust, fumes, odors, loud noise, and varying temperatures.
            • Ability to do work requiring standing with frequent stooping, bending, reaching overhead and sufficient manual dexterity to perform all aspects of the job.
            • Ability to lift and move parts/equipment up to 75 pounds.
            • Ability to climb up/down ladders and stairs, negotiate uneven or moving surfaces, and work at varying heights.Join us!
