Assists in other departments as needed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:? Performs standard preventative maintenance procedures? Replaces and/or repairs laboratory HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment? Troubleshoots and repairs various laboratory equipment? Provides materials list to supervisor to maintain a stock of repair parts in-house? Stocks all copy machines with paper on a weekly basis? Completes weekly walk-thru of building for fluorescent bulb replacement? Serves as emergency call backup if Facilities Manager is not onsite? All other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management team.Position is full time,--Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5--p.m., with overtime as needed.
