Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Care Specialist who will
provide outstanding customer service to members with chronic
diseases through virtual contact.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls through a contact center
platform
Direct calls to the appropriate department and resolve voicemails
within the same business day
Escalate clinical needs and member complaints appropriately,
maintaining an organized member engagement call log
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a high volume
contact center or customer support role
Experience in remote work and healthcare customer service
preferred
Comfortable working on a computer and navigating multiple
applications while on calls
Strong time management skills, self-motivated, and quick learner in
a changing environment
Professional and effective communication style with strong
problem-solving skills
