Accounts Payable Specialist:Our client is a local nonprofit looking to add an energetic Accounts Payable Specialist to their team. They offer a great work environment and excellent benefits. Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

• 
  
• Vendor invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and other accounts payable functions
  
• Daily interaction with Vendors, Project Management, Customer Service, Accounts Payable, Billing, Purchasing, and other departments as needed
  
• Data management including scanning and electronic filing
  
• Other general duties as may be assigned by your supervisor
  
  Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
  
  • 
    
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or other accounting function
    
  • Previous accounts payable experience preferred.
    
  • Advanced excel skills preferred, including pivot tables and vlookups.
    
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
