Job Description:
A company is looking for a Game and System Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Content design with a focus on systems, economy design, and event
design and balancing
Ensuring healthy and non-predatory monetization and monitoring KPIs
for decision-making
Understanding and applying the game's vision, creating feature
documentation, and pitching solutions for core problems
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in games as a live service, ideally in a
similar role
Highly experienced in MMORPG's economy and progression systems
Good understanding of math and game theory
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets, and Microsoft
Office
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
Must be available in the CET timezone (9 am - 6 pm CET)
