Job Title: Desktop Field Support

Duration: 6 Months

Location : Onsite Dover OH - 44622



Desktop Field Support - This is an ONSITE position within a hospital setting. Covid Vaccination Required

This position surrounds all things desktop including but not limited to upgrading windows computers and monitors, installing cannon printers and multi function machines, kroy printers, zebra printers.



Replacement of broken peripherals and monitors. Troubleshooting printing, computer issues and general daily operational support including mitigation of cybersecurity incidents resulting from security application issues and/or missing.

Experience configuring, deploying and troubleshooting devices with Windows 7 and 10; Strong communication skills and self-starter. Works well on large projects as part of a team and independently. Comfortable working in clinical areas and in large enterprise environments.
