Your Team is counting on you as a Dunkin' Shift Lead to:
Work one of the following shifts:
• Shift: Flexibility to work different shifts within the hours of
10:00am and 9:00pm Weekdays and Weekends
Shift: Early shift - 3:00 am to 11:00 am and/or 4:00 am to 12:00
noon shift weekdays and weekends
• Work a full-time schedule
• Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards
and marketing initiatives.
• Follow processes to control labor costs, food costs, waste
management and cash on their shift.
• Ensure the safety and security of the team and guests through a
focus on preventive maintenance and cleanliness.
• Hold our guests as the highest priority and role models
exceptional guest service.
• Promote an environment where there is a sense of urgency to
• Ensure that Brand standards and systems are executed on their
