Job Description:

The Sanctuary Golf Club has been voted in the top 20 courses to play in Northeastern Ohio. We are a premier 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse, pro shop, practice green, and pavilion located on Applegrove Street in North Canton.

The Sanctuary Golf Club is seeking seasonal employees to fill grounds crew member positions.

Responsibilities:

Operate power equipment to mow golf course, aprons, tees, and rough.

Operate edger and trimmer.

Change cups and tee markers.

Maintain ball washers, water hazards, and bunkers.

Operate light equipment to haul materials and remove debris.

Trim trees, prune shrubbery and cultivate flowers.

Daily maintenance of the golf course including clubhouse surrounds, pavilion area, landscaping, and all other areas of the property.

Perform other required tasks and duties as required.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Must be 18 years of age.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Experience operating power equipment, mowers, trimmers, edgers.

Good communication skills.

Works cooperatively with others in a team environment.

Previous golf course maintenance experience a plus.

Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch frequently.
