responsible for performing a variety of basic assembly operations
to produce products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and

is responsible for performing a variety of basic assembly
operations to produce products, ensuring adherence to quality
standards and production schedules. Job Responsibilities /n -
Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools,
and fixtures according to established procedures and blueprints. /n
- Read and interpret basic assembly drawings, work instructions,
and bills of material. /n - Inspect components and completed
assemblies for quality defects, reporting any issues to a
supervisor. /n - Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering
to 5S principles. /n - Follow all safety procedures and guidelines,
including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). /n -
Assist with material handling and packaging as needed. /n -
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding
production status and issues. /n - Participate in continuous
improvement initiatives and training programs as required. /n /n
Job Qualifications /n - High school diploma or equivalent. /n -
Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
preferred, but not required. /n - Ability to read and understand
basic English instructions and safety warnings. /n - Good manual
dexterity and hand-eye coordination. /n - Ability to lift up to 25
pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods. /n - Basic
understanding of quality control principles. /n - Strong attention
to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. /n -
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. /n -
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic. /n /n At BD, we
