Candidates will be responsible for packing and shipping springs and pans, as well as testing and inspecting parts to ensure quality standards are met. Position Details: Shift: 1st Shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay: Based on experience, starting at $15 per hour Status: Temp-to-Hire opportunity Duties Include: * Packing and preparing springs and pans for shipment * Performing visual and manual inspections * Testing parts for quality and accuracy * Maintaining a clean, organized work area * Following safety and production guidelines Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
