Job Description:
LayerZero, a pioneering technology firm specializing in
decentralized Oracle solutions and blockchain interoperability, is
seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to lead our multi-site
continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing
operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing
our production efficiency and quality, utilizing both traditional
engineering techniques and innovative blockchain applications
uniquely applicable to LayerZero's cutting-edge operations. Analyze
and enhance manufacturing processes to increase productivity and
reduce costs while maintaining product quality Implement Lean
Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement
methodologies across multiple manufacturing sites Lead
cross-functional teams to design and deploy process enhancements
and new technologies, ensuring seamless integration into current
systems Monitor and report on the performance of production
processes, making data-driven recommendations for further
improvements Develop and maintain strong relationships with
internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure alignment
with the overall strategic objectives Prepare technical reports and
documentation to support process modifications and upgrades Train
and mentor staff on new processes and technology integrations to
encourage a culture of continuous improvement Proficient in the use
of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills Excellent project management
capabilities Ability to work cross-functionally and manage diverse
teams Familiarity with blockchain technology applications in a
manufacturing setting is a plus Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an
advantage Lean certification is highly desirable
