Our drivers are crucial to the seamless execution of our operations, and we support them through continuous training, advanced technology, and a focus on safety and compliance. Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck over designated routes to deliver goods to customers timely and accurately. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, complying with truck driving rules and regulations. Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts. Report defects, accidents, or violations and ensure that the vehicle is equipped with necessary equipment. Manage proof of delivery paperwork from customers and comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Proven work experience as a truck driver with a clean driving record. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB). Ability to handle physical workload and to be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good verbal communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A). DOT medical card. Clean driving record. Possession of a Hazardous Materials Endorsement (HazMat) is advantageous but not required.
