Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and packaging, is seeking a Packager - 2nd shift weekdays to join their team. As a Packager - 2nd shift weekdays, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packager - 2nd shift weekdays Location: Wellsville, OH Pay Range: Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00pm-6:00am (short day on Thursday) What's the Job? Operate fork trucks safely and efficiently to support packaging operations Use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly to ensure safety Follow all plant safety guidelines and operational procedures diligently Complete all packaging tasks as outlined in departmental guidelines Monitor and manage packaging line systems for quality and performance What's Needed? No prior experience required; training provided Ability to follow safety protocols and operational procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and teamwork orientation Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment What's in it for me?
