As part of our driving team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of safety and timeliness that Hogan1 is known for, using top-tier equipment and technology. Operate a tractor-trailer or truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). Complete daily logs and reports including deliveries, shift reports, and incident reports when necessary. Follow all operational guidelines, safety regulations, and traffic laws. Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip to ensure mechanical safety. Engage with clients and customers in a professional manner during pick-ups and deliveries. Manage routes and routines to proceed in the most efficient way possible. Handle paperwork related to cargo, route, and fuel. Maintain communication with dispatch and respond to dispatch instructions. Profound knowledge of traffic regulations Experience in using commercial GPS and routing systems Ability to work independently and handle physical workload Reliability and punctuality with a keen focus on customer service Strong organizational and time management skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) Clean driving record DOT Medical Card
