Our client, a leading organization in the food distribution industry, is seeking a 2nd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a 2nd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: 2nd shift Cooler Warehouse Operator Location: Sharpsville, PA Pay Range: Shift: Monday thru Friday 2-10:30 p.m. What's the Job? Responsible for accurately loading and unloading trucks, ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO) within a refrigerated environment. Organize inventory and pick orders efficiently to meet shipping deadlines. Operate pallet jacks and maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records of stock movement. Read production schedules and work orders to determine item placement and ensure smooth operations. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in warehouse, distribution, or production environments is preferred. Ability to work in cold environments and lift heavy items safely.
