Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator About the Company: Over

Support early-stage engineering for cost-effective part design and
validation Deliver quality through active participation in
customer-driven quality planning processes Key Responsibilities of
Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator: Serve as the primary
point of contact for customers regarding all aspects of production
orders. Coordinate communication between Sales, Production,
Shipping, and customers to ensure smooth order processing. Track
and maintain accurate computer and physical records of customer
orders, activity, and correspondence. Assist in onboarding new
customers, including setting up parts and tooling requirements.
Support inventory maintenance efforts to ensure stock accuracy.
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including: Packing lists
Bills of Lading (BOL) Material Certifications Custom paperwork
Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) Verify that all outbound freight
aligns with shipping documentation at the Barberton warehouse.
Collaborate with Truckload (TL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL)
carriers for rate negotiations and scheduling. Navigate
customer-specific websites to retrieve orders, submit ASN, and
process invoices for payment. Perform various administrative tasks
and provide support as needed. Qualifications of the Customer
Service & Logistics Coordinator: High school diploma or equivalent
required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 2 years of
experience in customer service, logistics, or administrative
support Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively coordinate across departments Proficient in Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with
shipping processes, documentation, and working with TL/LTL carriers
Experience navigating customer-specific portals for order
processing and invoicing is a plus Knowledge of inventory systems
and basic inventory control practices preferred Ability to work
independently and as part of a team The Customer Service &
Logistics Coordinator role is fully onsite in Akron, OH with a
salary range of $37,000 - 42,000 depending on experience. ZRCFS
