Job Description:

A company is looking for a Government Commercial Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support for US government business opportunities
Advise on government contract compliance and ethics requirements
Assess and resolve commercial disputes and legal proceedings

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school
Minimum of 5 years relevant complex commercial/transactional legal counsel experience specific to doing business with the US government
Experience interacting with US Government contracting officers, auditors, lawyers, agents
Experience handling complex public procurements with or involving foreign governments
Proven ability to provide cost-effective and prompt, high-quality legal services
