seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shift Manager (Cleaning) to
lead our cleaning operations during designated shifts. In this
vital role, you will oversee daily cleaning activities, ensure high
standards of cleanliness, and manage a team of cleaning staff to
deliver exceptional service. Your leadership will drive efficiency,
maintain safety protocols, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning tasks
across all areas, including janitorial duties and custodial
responsibilities. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning
personnel to meet performance standards and deadlines. Ensure
adherence to safety procedures, health regulations, and quality
standards during all cleaning operations. Train new team members on
proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
Maintain detailed records of daily job summaries, supply
inventories, incident reports, and maintenance needs.
Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or
janitorial services within commercial or residential environments.
Supervising or management experience in a cleaning setting is
highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to
motivate and guide a team effectively. Knowledge of housekeeping
management, commercial cleaning practices, and machine operations.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in
maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to follow safety
guidelines rigorously while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus but not
