and contribute to our innovative projects. Position Overview As an
Operations Specialist at Skild AI, you will play a critical role in
keeping our teams focused on high-impact strategic work by ensuring
day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will work across
facilities, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving
forward, maintain operational excellence, and build scalable
processes. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who
thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is
eager to learn the ins and outs of operations in a cutting-edge
robotics and AI company. Responsibilities Support the Operations
head in ensuring smooth functioning of internal operations Partner
with the office manager to maintain an organized, and functional
workspaces to maximize efficiency Ensure facilities needs are met
proactively, addressing small issues before they become larger
problems. Coordinate with external vendors and project manage works
from initialisation to delivery Manage scheduling, access, and
execution so that projects are completed without requiring
executive oversight. Support the generation of operational and
progress tracking materials (e.g., slide decks, reports,
dashboards) for internal reviews. Consolidate inputs across teams
and present data clearly to support decision-making. Identify
inefficiencies in daily operations and propose improvements. Help
design lightweight systems and processes that scale as the company
grows. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 years of full-time
professional experience (operations, project coordination, customer
success, or similar preferred). Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. Excellent communication and follow-through;
able to keep tasks moving without being micromanaged. Comfortable
working with vendors and internal technical teams. Ability to
create clear and professional documentation and slide decks.
Technical literacy (bonus if familiar with data tools, reporting,
or technical workflows).
