responsible for leading and driving strategic supply chain
initiatives from initiation through completion. This role ensures
that project objectives are met on time and within budget, while
providing guidance and support to project teams. The Project
Manager maintains the PMO repository, status updates, and executive
summaries, and serves as a liaison between departments and senior
management to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Primary
Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of strategic supply
chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource
allocation strategies. Support project documentation including
charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests.
Gather stakeholder feedback and address concerns to maintain
engagement and alignment. Monitor project progress, track
deliverables, and escalate risks and issues as needed. Facilitate
communication among project stakeholders and provide regular status
updates. Document lessons learned and apply insights for continuous
improvement. Conduct project meetings and contribute ideas to
enhance performance and outcomes. Maintain project management tools
and databases with accurate, up-to-date information. Contribute to
PMO process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and
effectiveness. Serve as a liaison between departments and senior
leadership to ensure strategic objectives are clearly communicated
and understood. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices
to inform project strategies. Education and Experience Bachelor’s
degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
required. 2–4 years of experience in project management; Project
Manager certification preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent
analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in data
analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software. Strong
written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex
information clearly. Familiarity with project management tools
(e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project). Understanding of
financial planning and budget management. Critical thinking skills
to align operational tasks with strategic objectives. Ability to
interpret data, analyze trends, and derive actionable insights.
High accuracy in reporting and tracking project progress. Strong
interpersonal skills to foster cross-functional collaboration.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced
