Job Description Job Description ComResource is looking for an AI Engineering Manager. We need someone to assist in building and leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and responsible AI solutions that drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop AI/ML engineers and MLOps specialists Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with business priorities Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, and proofs of concept Oversee development and deployment of ML models, LLM-based solutions, and AI-driven applications Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with governance standards Partner with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities Establish and support AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk mitigation strategies Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership Essentials: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field 5 years of AI/ML engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership role Strong proficiency in Python, ML frameworks, and LLM tooling Experience with GenAI solutions, MLOps, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and vector databases Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Desired: Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and services Prior experience in regulated industries Demonstrated success fostering innovation and high-performing technical teams Req ID: RB314528113
