Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an HR Consultant Position type: Full time Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote As an HR Consultant, you will: This role will be supporting a large scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into a currently existing Workday tenant. Duties will include evaluation of the current tenant and requested requirements, leading discovery and requirement session and supporting testing and implementation. Skills: Basic Qualifications At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS capacity. Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred Experience with Workday Scheduling and Time Setup and deployment of scheduling required Experience with Workday Timekeeping config WD Implementor Certified - preferred Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives Completes work independently. Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions and supporting testing with Workday Previous involvement in large scale implementation projects related to Workday Experience with Payroll and Labor allocation Reimbursements through payroll - required 1099 payroll experience - required Experience with setup of labor allocation through Workday - preferred Payroll implementation experience Testing strategy experience - parallel testing WD Implementor Certified ? preferred.
