Description:MIG Welding openings on 1st shift (6:00am- 2:30pm)- Performing MIG welding/fitting/fabrication on structural steel, aluminum, and stainless.- Following blueprints to perform fitting and fabrication of parts.- Every unit and bus product is custom and different, so will be required to be flexible and able to think on feet.- Welds are bigger than most other places that perform welding.- Welding uphill instead of downhill.- Welding with 7 gauge up to 20 gauge.- Preferred to have job shop or fitting/fabrication experience.- Will utilize hand/power tools to fit and fabricate products.- Will use tape measures and measurement tools.- Will lift 50-75 lbs. on occasion to place and adjust materials for welds.- Must have attention to detail and be clean/organized.- Utilizing JIBB cranes to move materials. - Will receive AWSD 1.2 weld certification. (6G Weld Aluminum)Additional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications: - Must have MIG welding experience - Need to be able to weld on Aluminum and Steel - Ability to pass weld test - Must be able to operate material handling equipment such as cranes and tow motors About Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
