The Club at Tartan Fields – Dublin, Ohio Position Summary The Outside Services Attendant plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional golf experience to our Members and Guests. This position is responsible for providing premier bag service, maintaining cart and practice facility standards, and ensuring all outside operations reflect the high standards of The Club at Tartan Fields. This is a hands-on, service-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with Members, and being part of a team committed to excellence. Essential Responsibilities Member & Guest Service Greet Members and Guests promptly and professionally upon arrival Assist with unloading and loading golf bags Clean clubs and provide attentive bag handling services Maintain and organize the bag storage system Cart Operations Stage golf carts in preparation for daily play Ensure carts are clean, fully stocked, and presented according to Club standards Return carts to storage free of debris, towels, and scorecards Monitor cart fleet condition and report maintenance needs Practice Facility Operations Operate equipment to retrieve range balls safely and efficiently Clean, sort, and arrange range balls and baskets Maintain practice areas in accordance with approved Club standards What You Bring Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Passion for hospitality and service excellence Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Team-oriented mindset with a positive approach Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
