We are looking for a motivated shift leader to join our team! The ideal candidate will be flexible in handling daily operations and diligent in upholding our standards. This person will direct the workflow of team members, while also interacting with customers and preparing delicious food! Successful shift leaders must be able to oversee a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately and efficiently. They will exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and maintain effective communication with the rest of the management team. Ultimately, a top shift leader enables smooth workflows while ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. After developing expertise in our procedures and standards, shift leaders will be tasked with training and guiding our talented team members to achieve the same!
