In this role, youll be responsible for creating innovative menus and preparing delicious meals for our customers. If you have a passion for creating meals that wow, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Must hand stretch pizza crust from a raw dough ball up to 20 inches in diameter Has experience in making pizza dough from scratch Has experience in hand tossing pizza Able to use a meat slicer & dough machine Supervise and delegate tasks to other team members Maintain appropriate levels of inventory and restock when necessary Follow all food safety regulations Qualifications : Previous experience as a pizza maker ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification preferred Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure Excellent time management skills Strong leadership skills
