Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after theyve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties: Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority! Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
