AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role of Food & Beverage Manager, Full-time at The Trumbull Country Club in Warren, OH. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, consistently exceeding customer expectations. Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service in a friendly, professional manner. Conduct performance evaluations to effectively guide and inspire the service team. Oversee the daily expediting of food and beverage services, ensuring smooth operations. Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction with food and beverage services. Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of clubhouse team members. Monitor payroll and create employee schedules to ensure efficient staffing. Develop and implement creative promotions to boost food and beverage sales. Manage the food and beverage budget to ensure financial targets are met. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of related management experience in the hospitality industry. Proven ability to identify and respond to the diverse needs of members with innovative solutions. Strong passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Hands-on management style with a focus on mentoring and training team members. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting and re-prioritizing as needed. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
