together. Guest Experience Team Members are responsible for the
daily operations at a ModWash location. Yo u'll work as a team to
ensure each guest has an outstanding experience while driving
membership sales to help grow the ModWash brand. What you'll do :
Deliver mind blowing customer service. Present and explain each of
the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel. Actively engage
with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction. Ensure
facilities are always clean and presentable . What you'll need:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
A sense of urgency. Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of
weather conditions. A passion for serving others . Ability to work
on your feet for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift or move 25 pounds . Who you are: Confident : I
