A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / RECEPTIONISTAs a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist, you are the first point of contact for our dealers, vendors, and the public. Outgoing and friendly, you get great satisfaction out of setting the right tone for those interactions. Leveraging your excellent organizational skills, you work with every department in the company as you respond to customer requests. You assist the marketing department in particular with customer bulletins, catalog updates, and fulfillment of dealer requests. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / RECEPTIONIST

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and ExcelExperience with QuickBooks is preferred, but not required. Are you organized with an eye for details? Do you have superb problem-solving and critical thinking abilities? Can you represent our company in a professional manner?
