Opportunity:

Physician - Radiology

Job Details:

• Hospital-based radiology position covering multiple modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, NM, and Fluoroscopy
• 
  
• Subspecialty case mix includes ER, Nuclear Medicine, Fluoroscopy, MSK, Neuro, Pediatrics, and Mammography Diagnostic Procedures
• 
  
• Perform light interventional radiology procedures including various biopsies (thyroid, lung, bone, liver, renal) with CT and US guidance
• 
  
• Conduct drainage procedures including paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainages, chest tube placement, and cyst drainage
• 
  
• Perform lumbar punctures including diagnostic lumbar puncture, myelogram, and epidural procedures
• 
  
• Handle arthrograms and joint injections for knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, and ankle
• 
  
• Daily volume expectations of 90-100 studies per 8-hour shift with 60-70 wRVUs
• 
  
• Must be able to cover stroke/perfusion studies
• 
  
• Required to read all CT studies excluding CT Cardiac
• 
  
• Provide radiology services for multiple facilities including combined coverage
• 
  
• Board certification, active state license, and DEA registration required
