Job Description ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Wheeling, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Surgical Center RN - Days/Nights, 13 Weeks/n/n Schedule/n Available shifts include both 4x10’s (7 AM - 5 PM) and 3x12’s (7 AM - 7 PM). Candidates will be required to take call one weekend day in a four-week schedule. /n/nJob Description/n This position is located in a surgical center pre-operative area that serves both same-day and overnight stays. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care in the pre-operative phase for surgical patients. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Conduct pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery. /n - Administer IV therapy and medications as required. /n - Assist with various surgical procedures, including robotics. /n - Maintain comprehensive patient records using Allscripts EMR. /n - Work collaboratively with surgical and administrative teams in a fast-paced environment. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Current BLS certification. /n - Must have IV skills and surgical care knowledge. /n - Charge Nurse or House Supervisor experience is preferred. /n - Ability to respond to a 30-minute call response time when on-call. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
