(LPN): As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at VNA of Ohio
Hospice Operations, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will
center around providing exceptional patient care in a supportive,
onsite environment. You will assist registered nurses in developing
individualized care plans, monitor patients' vital signs, and
administer medications as prescribed. Daily tasks will include

responsible for providing basic patient care activities such as
bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance. Ensuring safety and

be successful To succeed as a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) at VNA of Ohio Hospice Operations, LLC, you must possess a
current LPN license in Ohio and have completed an accredited
nursing program. A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing
experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who
have worked in hospice or palliative care settings. You will need a
deep commitment to patient-centered care, ensuring the dignity and
comfort of patients during end-of-life care. Strong observation and
reporting skills are essential for recognizing changes in patient
conditions and effectively communicating these to the care team.
Proven team collaboration is key, as you will work closely with an
interdisciplinary team that includes nurses, social workers, and
chaplains. Excellent communication skills are vital for connecting
with patients and their families. Additionally, you should have a
good understanding of hospice regulations and compliance standards,
be comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and
