PA Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $475,000-$500,000 annually
with comprehensive benefits A reputable private anesthesia group,
conveniently located north of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, seeks an
experienced Anesthesiologist to join its collaborative team. This
role offers a diverse caseload and a supportive environment,
providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth while
maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Position Highlights: Case
Mix: Includes orthopedics, general surgery, urology, thoracic,
vascular, basic neuro, OB, and limited pediatric cases. Schedule:
Call duties every 4th night from home, with post-call days off and
limited call-backs, ensuring work-life balance. Supervision: Work
alongside three Anesthesiologists and eleven CRNAs, supervising
CRNAs in the operating room. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with
surgical teams to develop individualized anesthesia plans tailored
to patient needs. Administer anesthesia for a variety of outpatient
and urgent cases, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Participate
in an on-call rotation from home, responding to urgent and
emergency cases as needed. Provide post-anesthesia care and
follow-up to support patient recovery and maintain accurate
records. Salary & Benefits: The position offers a competitive
salary of $475,000-$500,000 per year, complemented by a robust

Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board
certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology. Valid Pennsylvania
