Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Salary: Commensurate with
experience Blueprints is seeking a Health & Nutrition Manager to
lead and improve health and nutrition services across our HS/EHS
programs. This role oversees compliance, staff training, safety
practices, and datadriven program improvement to support positive
child and family outcomes. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance
with Head Start Performance Standards, CACFP, and all health/safety
regulations. Oversee health plans, medication administration,
screenings, and safety practices. Supervise and mentor health &
nutrition staff; manage onboarding and professional development.
Coordinate staff trainings, including CPR/First Aid and
healthrelated topics. Analyze health and nutrition data to drive
quality improvement. Lead the Health Advisory Committee and build
community partnerships. Collaborate with all service areas to
deliver integrated, highquality services. Support grant reporting,
annual updates, and required documentation. What Were Looking For A
collaborative leader with strong organizational skills, knowledge
of child health and safety practices, and the ability to guide
staff, manage systems, and ensure highquality service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION: Registered Nurse, BSN or BS in Public
Health, BPH WORK WEEK: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 4:00 PM (schedule will
vary to meet program needs) Competitive wage, salary & benefits
