seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as
Clinical Director for our IBHS-ABA program supporting children and
families in home, school, and community settings. We're open to
both full-time and part-time applicants. Please indicate your

Director who brings strong clinical judgment, steady leadership,
and a genuine commitment to supporting both families and staff.
What You Will Do As Clinical Director of IBHS-ABA, you will provide
clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality, ethical,
and compliant behavioral services. Responsibilities include: Lead
and oversee the IBHS-ABA clinical program Supervise and mentor
master level clinicians and BHT staff Coach and support staff to
deliver respectful, effective, family-centered services Review
treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation for
compliance and clinical integrity Conduct functional behavior
assessments (FBAs) Maintain a focused clinical caseload as
appropriate Provide required clinical supervision Support families
and referral sources with responsive, high-quality customer support
Assist with outreach and program development Ensure ongoing
compliance with Pennsylvania IBHS regulations and internal quality
standards Participate in staff training and clinical quality

development. Qualifications Current BCBA certification through the
Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience providing
behavioral health services to children and adolescents Experience
conducting FBAs and developing behavior support plans Clinical
supervision experience preferred Knowledge of Pennsylvania IBHS
regulations preferred Strong clinical writing and documentation
review skills Ability to mentor staff and communicate effectively
with families and partners Current PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI
