As a Resident Care Manager in our Personal Care & Memory Support
Department, you’ll combine clinical expertise with leadership and
empathy to make a meaningful impact every day. You’ll work closely
with nursing staff and residents to ensure care plans are followed,
quality standards are met, and our mission of service and dignity
is upheld. This is the perfect role for a nurse who enjoys
mentoring others, building strong relationships, and being a daily
source of support and stability for residents and staff alike. What
You’ll Do Oversee Quality Resident Care: Direct, assign, and
support medication aides and resident aides to ensure care is
delivered safely, effectively, and with compassion. Provide
Hands-On Clinical Support: Administer medications and treatments as
needed and assist residents with activities of daily living. Ensure
Documentation & Compliance: Complete nursing records, care plans,
and required reports accurately and on time in accordance with
state and facility standards. Lead & Develop Staff: Participate in
hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for nursing
team members to promote excellence and growth. Support Safety &
Infection Control: Identify and report safety concerns, assist with
infection prevention practices, and uphold regulatory standards.
Foster Communication: Serve as a liaison among residents, families,
and staff—resolving concerns, promoting teamwork, and reinforcing
our mission and values. Coordinate Admissions & Discharges: Ensure
smooth transitions for residents while maintaining accurate records
and communication. Champion Quality Improvement: Participate in
ongoing initiatives to enhance care delivery, resident
satisfaction, and overall team performance. Work Schedule:

Qualifications Required: Current Pennsylvania LPN/RN license in
good standing. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a
commitment to quality care. Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities with residents, families, and staff.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and respond effectively in
a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Prior experience in senior
living, long-term care, or assisted living settings. Supervisory or
charge nurse experience leading clinical teams. Familiarity with
regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
