What You’ll Do Oversee Quality Resident Care: Direct, assign, and support medication aides and resident aides to ensure care is delivered safely, effectively, and with compassion. Provide Hands-On Clinical Support: Administer medications and treatments as needed and assist residents with activities of daily living. Ensure Documentation & Compliance: Complete nursing records, care plans, and required reports accurately and on time in accordance with state and facility standards. Lead & Develop Staff: Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for nursing team members to promote excellence and growth. Support Safety & Infection Control: Identify and report safety concerns, assist with infection prevention practices, and uphold regulatory standards. Foster Communication: Serve as a liaison among residents, families, and staff—resolving concerns, promoting teamwork, and reinforcing our mission and values. Coordinate Admissions & Discharges: Ensure smooth transitions for residents while maintaining accurate records and communication. Champion Quality Improvement: Participate in ongoing initiatives to enhance care delivery, resident satisfaction, and overall team performance. Requirements: Qualifications Required: Current Pennsylvania LPN/RN license in good standing. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a commitment to quality care. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with residents, families, and staff. Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Prior experience in senior living, long-term care, or assisted living settings. Supervisory or charge nurse experience leading clinical teams. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes.
