Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,179 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Float Pool Nurse – Ohio Start Date: March 23, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hours per week; minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule Highlights: Float pool position with flexibility across units of equivalent or lower acuity Patient ratios of 1:4-5 across medical-surgical populations EPIC electronic health records system in use Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more 24 hours of orientation provided; adult and geriatric patient populations Two pre-approved time-off periods available during assignment Requirements: Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience required Previous travel nursing experience required Current BLS certification required; ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Valid Compact or Ohio RN license in hand at time of application Experience with EPIC charting system strongly preferred Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Competency in specialized skills including tracheostomy care, BiPAP/CPAP management, high flow nasal cannula, chest tubes, central line management, blood product administration, wound care, and more Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director Why It's a Great Opportunity: This float pool role offers the variety and professional growth that comes with caring for diverse medical-surgical patient populations in a dynamic, well-supported environment.
