Doctor of Medicine | Radiology - Interventional Location: Wooster, OH Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join Our Team as a Locum - Physician - Radiology - Diagnostic in Wooster, OH Are you a skilled Diagnostic Radiologist seeking an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact using cutting-edge imaging technology? We are looking for a dedicated locum physician to provide high-quality diagnostic radiology services at Wooster Community Hospital starting February 2, 2026. This role offers a perfect blend of professional challenge and rewarding community service in a collaborative environment. Required Skills: Valid medical license and board certification in Radiology Proven experience in diagnostic radiology with proficiency in XR, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, US, and Nuclear Medicine Strong ability to interpret a diverse case mix including ER, Neuro, Peds, Mammo, and subspecialty imaging Competence in performing light interventional procedures such as biopsies, drainages, lumbar punctures, and joint injections Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Nice to Have Skills: Experience with advanced imaging modalities and subspecialty cases Prior locum or inpatient hospital experience Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board-certified in Radiology Minimum of 3 years of clinical radiology experience Prior experience in a hospital setting highly desirable Other Requirements: Willingness to work onsite at Wooster Community Hospital Active state medical license in Ohio or eligibility to obtain one Certification and ongoing education must meet state and federal standards Willingness to cover shifts as scheduled starting February 2, 2026 Travel and licensure expenses reimbursed where applicable This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a competitive pay rate of $19.50/hour, weekly direct deposit payments, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and a rewarding referral bonus program.
